Gyumin Park, Partner Patent Attorney at THESSEN IP, is committed to being a true partner who listens closely to clients and ensures that their ideas are transformed into strong, enforceable intellectual property rights.

Before joining THESSEN IP, Mr. Park worked at C&S Patent & Law Office, where he represented a broad spectrum of clients—from major corporations such as POSCO, SEMES, and COWAY, to SMEs, research institutes, and individual inventors. His experience spans domestic and international patent filings, invalidity and scope confirmation trials, infringement analysis, design-around strategies, and U.S. patent warning and ITC/civil litigation.

Building on this expertise, he now focuses on IP portfolio development and strategic consulting for AI startups, as well as trademark and design protection, ownership transfers, and dispute resolution for companies in industries such as fashion and food.

Mr. Park also contributes to strengthening corporate IP capabilities through government-funded IP programs and evaluation committees, and serves as a lead instructor in Patent Law at the Hanbit Intellectual Property Center, where he continues to teach and author textbooks that bridge academic and practical knowledge.
